At Inky, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal information. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights are separate from, and in addition to, your Apple App Tracking choice.
Right to Access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. This includes account information, story data, and usage information.
Right to Delete
You can request that we delete your personal information. This will permanently remove your account, stories, and all associated data from our systems.
Right to Opt Out
Some states provide residents with the right to opt out of "targeted advertising," "selling," or "sharing" of personal information. You can manage these preferences in the Inky app settings.
Right to Correct
You can update or correct your personal information at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

Through the App
You can manage many privacy preferences directly in the Inky app:
- Go to Settings → Privacy Choices
- View and update your privacy preferences
- Opt out of data sharing or targeted advertising
- Request data deletion

State-Specific Rights
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Other State Privacy Laws
Residents of other states (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) may have similar rights under their state privacy laws. We honor all applicable privacy rights regardless of your location.
